Amenities at Landed Serangoon Garden Estate

Landed living has never been so convenient and close to your everyday amenities!

"Very far from MRT/bus! Definitely need a car!"


"No wet market nearby."


"Not convenient - got to drive out to get lunch!"


These are some of the concerns I hear about living in a landed property.


Everyone loves to have everything we need at our doorstep. But many landed properties are located further away from amenities like grocery and coffee shops. So does it mean that living in landed means you have to sacrifice all the conveniences in order to enjoy the exclusivity?


Not if you are staying in the Serangoon Garden Estate.


myVillage is located at the center of the Serangoon Garden Estate, and it really is the hub of all activities. It is centrally located and is a maximum of 15min walking distance for most residents living in the estate. If you don't want to walk or drive, there is feeder bus 317 which loops around the estate, operating from Serangoon Interchange and looping at Berwick Drive, passing through Yio Chu Kang Road and Serangoon Gardens. Which also means that going to NEX Shopping center from anywhere at Serangoon Garden is a breeze!

And right around myVillage, there are many cafes and restaurants, pet groomers, DIY shop, confectionaries (Bengawan Solo), and a total of 4 banks (OCBC, UOB & HSBC, Standard Chartered) for all your needs! There is also no lack of gyms and yoga studios (Yoga Movement), enrichment classes (Kumon) as well as hip cafes (Apollo Coffee Bar) or (Bakers & Cook) just to name a few. Did I even mention Chomp Chomp?


The Serangoon Gardens Country Club is also just around the corner, so when dim sum craving kicks in, you can just head to Swatow Garden Seafood restaurant for some siew mai! If you're a member of the club, you'll also enjoy the pool and bowling facilities and many more.


But where's the wet market, you ask!


I present to you Serangoon Garden Market and Food Centre, where you can get your fresh vegetables (even an organic selection!), yong tau fu ingredients, poultry and meat, and also fresh fruits. It's a small market but it has almost everything I need! And the connecting food center has some of my favourite local eats! Don't get me started on the Aliff nasi lemak ! Must try ok!?


I'm confident you will find no short of amenities in the self-sufficient Serangoon Gardens estate,.


Seriously, you don't need to venture out of your comfortable and friendly estate.
